SUMMARY:March 2026 Meeting - Abstract Images
DESCRIPTION:At this meeting we will again share pictures with one another… purposely getting quite abstract … \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHere’s a chance to have some fun.  Give it a shot\, play around and see what comes of it.  You can think of it as experimenting with your camera\, your computer… and there are no judges\, no pressures\, and no unrealistic expectations! \nOur theme for March is Abstract Images…. \nIn short\, we are looking to ‘capture’ patterns\, textures\, colors\, interesting forms and shapes… without creating a picture with an easily recognizable subject.  I\, Jim Goudie\, played with some pictures already on my computer to create some examples: \n \nSo… again\, play\, have some fun.  Get creative with your camera\, lighting\, perspective\, angles\, intentional camera movement… If you have a computer\, that opens up a whole other world of options for you.  Set aside some of your photographic inhibitions and have a blast! \nPlan to bring 5 abstract images on a USB drive to the March meeting.  This is going to be fun seeing what we create and hearing the stories of how we did it! \nWe hope to see you and your creations there!
